IPNA-ESPN Master for Junior Classes Registration desk
Access to the IPNA-ESPN Junior Masterclass will not be through the main VCC entrance, but through a side door located at right end of the building: please follow the onsite directions very carefully.

Registration desk opening times:

Tuesday, 24 September 8.00 – 12.00
The Slide Preview Center for the JMC presenters will be located inside the Auditorium 3 – ground floor and will follow the JMC program schedule.

Pre-paid registration
An email will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk on-site at the congress in order to receive the congress kit and access badge.

On-site registration
On-site registration is possible from Tuesday, 24 September to Friday, 27 September. Only credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Mastercard) are accepted on-site.

Badges
Participants are kindly requested to wear the name badge when entering the congress venue and to access any offered services. Access to the Congress Centre shall not be possible without a name badge.

Certificate of Attendance
In order to receive the Certificate of Attendance don’t forget to fill up the survey which you will receive at the end of the Congress. The certificate will be sent by email soon after the survey completion.

SLIDE PREVIEW CENTER
The Slide Preview Center will operate with the following schedule :

Tuesday, 24 September 8.30 – 18.30
Wednesday, 25 September 07.30 – 19.30
Thursday, 26 September 07.00 –18.45
Friday, 27 September 07.00 – 17.30

Onsite directional signs will help to locate this office which is close to the Registration desk.

Important notes for presenters: computer projection only will be available. The management of all the projections will be entrusted to a single system that will automatically forward the presentations in the meeting room; it will be not possible to use personal laptops. All speakers are kindly requested to use PowerPoint (versions 2003 or later) for Windows or for Mac. No other software for slides (i.e.Keynote) will be accepted.
All presenters must report to the Slide Preview Center at least 2 hours before their presentation.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available for congress participants throughout the convention area.
Look for ESPN2024 Network.
When the authentication page opens, log in using the following credentials:

CONGRESS APP
Scan the QRcode and download the OIC Group APP available on IOS and Android stores.

Once you have downloaded the APP, insert the event code espn2024.

E-POSTERS
All delegates attending the E-Poster sessions are invited to bring their own device (smartphone or tablet) and wear their own headphones in order to listen the presenters.
Download the APP LiveVoice: scan the QR code below with your camera or search it on IOS and Android stores and enter the Code: 335058.

ESPN congress posters will be presented in electronic format. 11 E-poster stations will be available at the ground and second floor for Poster Sessions running on:
26 September from 13.40 to 14.40
27 September from 13.40 to 14.40

Stations A-B-C-D-E-F will be running simultaneously at the ground floor/exhibition area.
Stations G-H-I-J-K will be running simultaneously at the second floor.
Registration for the event is mandatory for all presenters.

EXHIBITION
A technical exhibition is being held during the event, providing the opportunity to show the latest innovative techniques and maximize interaction between participants and sponsor representatives.
AM and PM coffee breaks will be available in the exhibition according to the congress program.

INDUSTRY SYMPOSIA
A number of industry symposia that include food will be held from Wednesday to Friday (check program for exact time and location).

The official language of the ESPN Annual Meeting is English.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items can be recovered at the registration desk.
