The Valencia Conference Centre is located on the main northwest approach road into the city. It is 15 minutes by car from the Valencia-Manises international airport and 10 minutes from the city centre and the high-speed train station. It has excellent transport links to the rest of the city via metro, taxi, bus, bike and tram.
There is a flourishing business district around the Centre, with a host of restaurants and leisure alternatives on offer for visitors.

Please collect the conference kit at the Secretariat Desk and wear your personal name badge during the scientific sessions and social activities.
Badges
Participants are kindly requested to wear the name badge when entering the congress venue and to access any offered services. Access to the Congress Centre shall not be possible without a name badge.
Certificate of Attendance
In order to receive the Certificate of Attendance don’t forget to fill up the survey which you will receive at the end of the Congress. The certificate will be sent by email soon after the survey completion.

Cloakroom and Luggage Deposit
An unattended cloakroom and luggage deposit will be available during the official Congress time schedule. The Congress Centre and the organizers are not responsible for any items lost or left behind.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and, for this reason, we will take care to process only images in which you are portrayed in the background, as part of the context of the Event and, in any case, for purposes not directly motivated by the image itself.
Your image will be used exclusively for promotional and dissemination purposes related to the Event or initiatives related to it.
