Located in the centre of a historic and thriving city, Megaron has a choice of 18 meeting spaces ranging in capacity from 20 to 2.000 delegates and sweeping, modern, light-filled foyer and exhibition spaces totaling 12.000 square metres. Wi Fi is available throughout the Centre. Banqueting facilities are many and varied throughout the building.
Many hotels, major museums and dining areas are in close proximity, most within walking distance, others just minutes by metro. The Athens metro, with a station next to the Centre is only 37 minutes direct to the El. Venizelos International airport. This is complimented by car parking for 750 and a plethora of taxis and buses right outside the Centre.
YOUR ARRIVAL IN ATHENS
Make the most of your arrival in Athens and visit the city’s info point before you leave the airport.
The City of Athens info point is located in Arrivals Hall A, Extra-Schengen area, between exits 1 and 2. The desk is open from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 5 pm on weekends, offering information on transportation, galleries, and other attractions to help visitors with their travels.

Pre-paid registration
An email will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk on-site at the congress in order to receive
the congress kit and access badge.
On their arrival at the Congress venue, pre-registered attendees are invited to follow the signs indicating the PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS desks.
On-site registration
On-site registration is possible from Wednesday, 15 October to Saturday, 18 October at the NEW REGISTRATIONS desk. Only credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Mastercard) are accepted on-site.
Badges
All delegates are kindly requested to wear the name badge when entering the congress venue and in order to access any services offered. Access to the meeting rooms and to social activities is not possible without a name badge.
Certificate of Attendance and abstract/presentation certificate
Certificates of Attendance will be sent by email after the congress.
A separate email concerning the abstract/presentation certificate will be also sent within two weeks following the end of the congress, from the email address AbstractESPN@oic.it.

Important notes for presenters:
Computer projection only will be available. The management of all the projections will be entrusted to a single system that will automatically forward the presentations in the meeting room; it will not be possible to use personal laptops.
Speakers are kindly requested to use PowerPoint (versions 2003 or later) for Windows or for Mac.
The use of USB 3.0 or higher pens or memory stick is advisable to easily download the presentations at the slide Centre. Please report to the slide Centre at least 1 hour before your presentation. No other software for slides (i.e.Keynote) will be accepted.

EXHIBITION
A technical exhibition is being held during the event, providing the opportunity to show the latest innovative techniques and maximize interaction between participants and sponsor representatives. AM and PM coffee breaks will be available in the exhibition according to the congress program.

A number of industry symposia that include food will be held from Wednesday to Saturday (check program for exact time and location).
